Temecula Hotel Development has been in the business of building quality hotels for more than 25 years. If you’ve never heard of us, it might sound surprising that we’ve quietly been at this for so long. But, we have limited our business to building hotels for only one customer ... Ourselves.  

Rather than build a hotel as cheaply as possible, we strive to achieve the maximum value from our investment. This added value can be realized at three different stages: 1) building process, 2) operation of the property, and 3) when the property is sold to another hospitality operator.
